and the Patriotism began...

So after a long time fighting the illness, I'm back to the business. Thanks to all the heartily wishes and prayers from friends and  my family.
And the preparations began with the conformation of the flight schedules to the Singapore. This time I really wanted to make something that reflects our India overseas, so we both(yeah me and Vidhi) came up with the idea of bringing a patriotic suit to life size.
2 weeks passed by and the results are as you can see below..

Helmet
I chose cardboard just to see how well can it work, not at all bad but its very tough to work with, the air gaps between and the thickness requires too much precision to give a smooth cut and molding skill.I'll try the foam at the last but for now this looks damn cool.

Leg Armour (Thigh and Shin)
This time starting the suit bottoms up. Since the legs are considered the most time consuming pieces of the suit, we decided to finish them off first. I'll post the detailed pics of each part soon. I know how much these pics help others as a reference. so the legs are complete...

Both legs along with codpiece

theres a lot more to post but not getting any time out to click good pics, hope you guys understand. Stay tuned for more, Please comment your views, share it and have fun.God bless.

I am the IRONMAN

Hello everyone, 2013 has been a great year..atleast the end of it..wooh. A lot of good memories, lot of bad experiences but overall a great year which gave me another passion for my art, the COSPLAYS. For those of you who don't know about cosplays, it's paying your deep deep heart felt respect and love to your favourite series, movies, anime, cartoons, games, characters, actors etc. by wearing costumes and accessories of a specific character. And I found my love in making these costumes, armours and props.
So a year later i came up with this thought of building the Ironman suit for real by whatever means it take me. Although I had a very little budget and my lovely friend helped me a lot through that phase, she's a true supporter. So without much talking I will share with you my first cosplay the Ironman Mark VI.

Madness Animated Music Video

Hello everyone. It's been a long time since my last upload.I was working on one of my projects. So, I thought my next update should better be entertaining to my viewers. So, here it is, I have made a music video in After Effects on one of my favourite tracks Madness (Remake by Chester See), have a look at this.

I have used the traditional hand shadow puppets method to bring out the singing expressions of the heads, while i used Photoshop for the bodies of the choir, later compositing the both in After effects.
Hope you all like it. Please comment, like and subscribe to my Blog and Youtube channel. There is more coming out soon. Thanks everybody.Namaste.PEACE.

Social Poster

Namaste Everyone, today I'm sharing a poster design with you, a Social message. A while back my institute had this competition themed on Social Message. And for good I have been doing these poster making and all since from my school days, yep total nerd stuff. So, I made this poster one night..

As my institute is in a heavily crowded area, with malls and city's Biggest building next to it, makes it a sure place for beggars. And i noticed that most of them are just kids, very rarely one can see an adult. So, with all that in mind I sat down to make this poster with a phrase that says it all. Hope you all like it. Please Comment, Share and Subscribe to the blog. Thank you. Have a great time. Alvida. Peace.

Closeup Head

Closeup Torso

For people and beginners who always wonder where to start with or how to bring that Anatomical feel to the character, I would suggest spending time scribbling, doodling and sketching various human pose anatomy.
Rest patience and practice makes you perfect and Time is a great teacher.
Good Day..:) Peace

Deadmon

Namaste..
Today I'm sharing one of my earlier concept designs i sculpted while learning mudbox.  So, here are some screen images, as i was new to Mudbox and just knew how to sculpt my way out...

I used basic brush sets of mudbox and for some final details to the skin I made use of stencils. The concept I made is a kind of an experimental mutant being tested on with different mutations so as to bring out a flawless Killer..Hope you all like it..Please comment...Thank You..Peace.
